So I’m in the ground after a few pints and dinner at a noodle bar. The pitch looks good and with tickets at a tenner tonight it should be a good gate tonight.
The line up looks the same at the moment with the players warming up. On point to notice is no Gilks on the bench it’s young Joe Halstead
Edit : No Brett Ormerod Nick Blackman is starting

So Sheffield United are tonights opposition, after a great win at the weekend a win tonight would help us put some space between us and the bottom three.
Last years Boxing Day clash against the Blades was a bit of a dissapointment when Ian Evatt was sent off after 5 mins for a slight tug on Billy ‘the twat’ Sharpe (I don’t really like him). After that we hung on for for a well earned point thanks to deflected freekick from Claus.
Tonights team should be the same but Blackburn Rovers loanee Nick Blackman might start ahead of DJ Campbell due to the height of United’s back four.
Anyway it should be a good game tonight, best all it’s a tenner to get in, credit crunch busting!

Match highlights from Blackpool 2 – 0 Norwich have cropped up on the net with Brett Ormerod’s first goal since returning and Charlie Adams great chip. Taken from the Big League Weekend Drummy Hoggy presents the action from Bloomfield Road. What a nice fella he is!

I wasn’t at the game today to see what sounded like a good victory. I’ve spent the last two days in the lakes it a pod, like a small shed, cheaper than a hotel warmer than a tent. I’m blogging from my iPhone in my sleeping bag!
Was good to see Brett back on the score sheet, I’m guesomg the booking was for jumping in the crowd. Charlie Adams goal showed he deserves his place in the side, I do think he’s one of the most talented players we had on loan for some time.
The win helps us a little but it would have been nice to see Watford draw. Tuesday night should be a good match verses Sheffield United, just hope we’re not down to ten men like last season, hate that bloody Billy Sharpe!

It’s a local derby tonight against Burnley, I’m sat at a freezing Bloomfield Road with heavy winds and rain it’s going to be a cold night.
The stand is rumbling with the gusts of winds. Team news is that we start with the same 11 that grabbed a point at Bristol on Saturday. One new name to the squad is Nick Blackman a striker who has joined on loan from Blackburn Rovers.
You never know, a Blackburn striker to score a winner against Burnley??
