At donny listening to a dodgy Pink tribute act. We line up with JET, Burgess and Ormerod upfront with euall in midfield. No eardley but should be strong enough to get a win!
Up the pool!

It’s been a bit of time since my last post and it’s been an amazing time to be a tangerine. We’ve been in the playoffs for a few weeks, thumped one of the strongest teams in the league 3-0, seen the depth and quality of the squad.
Although we have dipped out the ply-offs in the league we do have the best home record in the league. With five wins, two draws, 13 scored and 2 conceded (lowest in the league).
This weekend it’s Donny away!

Wow, just found out that the England match next Saturday isn’t going to be on TV. Instead it’s going to be streamed on the internet and also on at the Odeon Cinema.
I’ve never watched an England match at the an Odeon Cinema before, wonder if the pop corn flies in the air when someone scores a goal?

Growing up my dad always used to talk about the the legends he grew up watching, Suddick, Green, etc. I managed to find out about them via a book by Roy Calley’s which contained a history of the club.
Another book is now on it’s way called Blackpool FC on This Day this time written by Peter Gillett. Peter ran and still works on Seasiders.net and also set up the Seasiders mailing list. The Roy Calley was everything about Blackpool FC up to 1992, 17 years has now passed and the new book Blackpool FC on This Day will cover the last 17 successful years. In that time we’ve had a relegation, couple of promotions, new ground, cup wins etc etc which means there’s going to be plenty in there.
Blackpool FC – On this Day Book Cover
I can’t personally recommend the book yet as I haven’t read it put if it’s like anything else Peter Gillatt has done it will be a great read and source of information.
There is a discount on the book at the moment at Amazon so click this link or the picture to order Blackpool FC – On This Day ahead of release!
