]]> So Tony Parkes spell as Blackpool manager has come to an end with him being unable to agree terms with Karl Oyston. It’s a shame that Oyston’s penny pinching has meant he’s had to left the club. He did really well to pick up half a team, rebuild mid season and secure safety with a game to go.

It now leaves us with no manager but with interviews this week it looks like we’ll be getting a new manager sooner rather than later. Names in the hat so far are nothing special Gary Brabin, Alan Knill, Ian Holloway to name a few… it’s going to be an interesting couple of days.
