Another draw and another boring game of football. A point away from home is never disappointing but Charlton were there for the taking and all we mustered was two shots on goal.
Our two best chances fell to Tom Ince, his freekick was narrowly deflected wide and a late shot on target was dragged just wide. However the majority of our threat to goal was from set pieces, corners and lots of long throws from Robinson. His arms will be sore tonight. The only problem was Humer in goal for the Addicks was able to deal with the majority of efforts.
Without Fergerson in the middle of the park we lack a pace and fluidity to quicken or control the pace of the game.
Charlton look in trouble while we look like we lack ideas. Hopefully the break will give Paul Ince a chance to rethink a little.
