Poll results – Will work be started on the South Stand in 2008?

Posted on April 7, 2008

No…. thats the view from the latest poll, as we know it’s been major problem / pain in the arse having a half stadium, the game against West Brom tomorrow night has sold out once again, we on for almost 70% + games sold out for the home fans this season, so what does Karl Oyston do, get planning permission for extra seats in the away end!

So not many votes but pretty unanimous that no work is going to be started in 2008 on the south stand. So it looks like more fans on the fence at Bloomers.

Next poll
Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.

All those fans shouting abuse at the Chairman have no doubt already got seats , and to be fair the ground is not sold out , will those same fans be going around the streets of Blackpool barracking the locals who won’t be filling the new stand , No , probably not. It is about time fans took a step back and realised that Blackpool are where they are because of Karl Oyston and not inspite of him, business is an integral part of modern football and financial restraint is a necesscity if you wish to stay afloat ,topically look at what happend at Leeds Utd, and the others that are struggling to keep their teams on the pitch. Is that a scenario Blackpool fans really want , surely it is better to be where we are now, than on the brink of total collapse , just imagine if you had no team , no chairman and no ground to go and shout your abuse in , maybe just maybe you should be singing your Thanks , but that will never happen , fans are never happy unless they are chating about being unhappy.
