Pool to be deducted 6 points for breaking loan rules
Posted on April 1, 2009
The football league are apparently looking into a claim that Blackpool have broken loan rules on two occasions this season which pool went on to win.
As we know we’ve really maxed out the loan system this season, I think we’ve had 18 loan players this season with 5 scoring on their debuts.
Apparently we had 6 loan players in the match 16 on two occasions. This is excluding Charlie Adams and Alan Gow who are classes as international loans. My source is an friend I lived with at uni who now works at the football league.
Expect more to come …
EDIT : Check the date, April the 1st!
