Following on from a decent display against North End at the weekend we continued our good form against Boro last night. The atmosphere generated by the Pool faithful was superb, in contrast to the muted opposition fans, who rank as one of the most arrogant bunch around. Even Strachen was ungracious in defeat, blaming everything for the defeat apart from himself. He's spent a small fortune on his mis-fits who hardly mustered anything last night. They are like a lot of ex-premiership outfits who think they've got a God given right to win and just expect the opposition to roll over. Last night was no fluke. The Pool might not have a four sided ground or masses of supporters, but what we have got is PASSION, buckets of it. So Strachen & Co., welcome to the real world of football, where money doesn't always get you what you want.
