It only seems a few days ago the season came to an end but it’s great to know that the fixtures will be coming tomorrow. The away draw to Crewe in the first round of the Carling Cup is great as Gresty Road is only a 40 minute drive from my work.

Tomorrow I’m hoping to play Newcastle early on in the season, I’m guessing it’s going to take them a few months to get up and running. It would be nice again to play Preston later on in the season just so we can either help then on their way to relegation or miss out on the play-offs.

Stay tuned for 10:00pm tomorrow when the fixtures will be released, you’ll have to check the official site or the BBC as if you publish the fixtures without paying you’ll get shafted by the fat cats at the football league.
